About the Role:

This is a varied and hands-on position ideal for someone who enjoys stepping into different roles and making a real impact. You’ll be a key part of the team, supporting pupils across the provision and ensuring continuity of learning and care.

What We’re Looking For:

* A flexible, can-do attitude and a genuine passion for supporting young people

* Experience working in education, ideally with vulnerable or SEND learners

* Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly

* Confidence in leading a class and managing challenging behaviour effectively

* A team player who’s happy to roll up their sleeves and get stuck in

* Able to work term-time only Monday to Friday 8.30-3.30 with one after school meeting per week

Why Join Us?

* A supportive and inclusive team environment
