TeacherActive is thrilled to be working with a private day nursery based in York YO30. The nursery is set right within the heart of York, and uses this to provide the children they care for with multiple opportunities for learning new skills and development. The nursery cares for children aged between 0 – 5 years of age, creating different environments for learning adapted to the different ages of the children.

The nursery is currently searching for an Early Years Assistant to join their team. The successful applicant will be enthusiastic about working with young children every day, and will be positive and outgoing in their approach to children’s learning and development. The ideal Early Years Assistant will have previous experience caring for young children, whether it be through voluntary placements or babysitting for family and friends.

The successful Early Years Assistant will:

Be adaptable to different challenges

Be passionate about working with young children.
