Cover Supervisor - Long-Term Role - Bradford

Bradford | Full-time | Immediate start | £100-£130/day (DOE)

We’re working with a fantastic secondary school in Bradford who are seeking a confident and dependable Cover Supervisor to join their team immediately (or sooner if you’re available). Unlike day-to-day supply, this is a secure, long-term role in one school - giving you the chance to settle in, build relationships and really make an impact.

It’s ideal for anyone with experience supporting young people who are looking for consistency, a sense of purpose and a route into teaching or pastoral work.

What you’ll be doing:

Delivering pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects

Creating a calm, focused environment for learning

Managing behaviour in line with school policy

Supporting students to stay on task and make progress

Feeding back to teaching staff at the end of each day

What we’re looking for:

Experience working with young people (in or out of school)

A confident, approachable style and strong classroom presence

Good behaviour management and communication skills

A flexible, proactive attitude and genuine interest in education

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
