Provide 1:1 and small group support to help pupils manage their emotions, behaviour, and peer interactionsWork alongside teachers, SEN specialists, and therapists to deliver behaviour strategiesAssist with de–escalation, emotional regulation, and positive reinforcement techniquesSupport safe and structured learning environmentsEncourage confidence, independence, and pro–social behavioursThis Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant role is ideal for aspiring Behaviour Mentors, SEN Teachers, Therapists, Youth Workers, or Educational Psychologists.
