Are you an education expert? We are currently seeking to represent experienced Assistant Headteachers for SEND to begin new roles in the new year. We are supporting a range of primary schools across Birmingham, West Midlands with their recruitment with upcoming temporary job opportunities.

If you are an experienced primary school Assistant Headteacher, who has worked specifically with pupils with SEND and are available either immediately or thinking of reaching out to discuss new job opportunities in the West Midlands for January 2026 we would be keen to speak with you. We are a locally based, family run recruitment business specialising in Education. With over 15 years worth of experience supporting education settings and candidates across primary, secondary and SEND divisions.

These primary school–based teaching jobs can be offered either on a part time or full–time basis depending on your personal working requirements. We gain official salary information from each setting to ensure you are paid to scale from day one and in line with your responsibilities. In order to be successfully shortlisted in your applications with us we will require the following:

A relevant UK based teaching and/or leadership qualification.

Substantial experience working with pupils with SEND within an education setting.

All required documents for safer recruitment processing including, but not limited to a valid right to work proof and a valid Enhanced DBS.

Exceptional references.

Once shortlisted, a one–to–one interview will be scheduled with your dedicated consultant to discuss your experience and personal requirements.

Proposed start date: January 2026

Salary: L1 to L8 (GBP265.50 to GBP315.55 per day)
