Muscle tightness is the most popular reason why my clients come in for a massage as their work and training styles are causing them difficulties in the work place and outside. Tight muscles are the cause to most biomechanical issues, as the muscles are tight then pull the joints out of place and reduce your range of movement, increase joint pain and could cause long term issues such as;

Rounded shoulders, flat foot, lower back pain, knee pain etc.

Massage can increase the blood flow through your muscles and flush the lactic acid out to increase range and decrease pain and reduce DOMs (delayed onset muscle soreness) this can also help patients who are in the gym who are over working their muscles
