Im a certified and insured massage therapist .
I’ve learned many techniques in my 10 years of practise , I incorporate all of them intuitively , depending on issues of the body.

Bodywork mixed with flowing breath aids the body to let go and take you on a beautiful timeless healing journey.

It’s hard for people to relax and let go, also a lot of people come with emotional armour and find the tightness is due to protection of the heart or power centre or root for grounding .
I can point out the tension I find and offer ideas of why it may be armouring your body . It’s an invitation to look deeper into yours , and free up blocked energy and tension .
