We are looking for a professional lodger that is principally looking for a place for the working week (not exclusively but someone that goes "home" at the weekends more often than not).

We have just finished a MAJOR renovation at the property - 6 months of work - the property is a 3 bedroom semi detached house on a very quiet road just 2 minutes from the bottom of the high street and 5 minutes from the mainline train station. The property has been refurbished to the highest possible standard (in and out).

This will (I hope!) be a very attractive proposition for the right person.

We are a couple (aged 28 and 26) who enjoy sports and outdoor activities, but we both work very hard so live quite quiet lives during the week.

The right person would be of a similar age (male or female) - someone that is looking for a weekday base right in the heart of Guildford town centre. We live very full on busy lives and the right person would probably live a similar sort of life! That probably means that we are looking for a relatively serious professional person (lawyer, accountant etc).

The price is £750 exc of bills which we propose to split 3 ways (2:1). For budgeting purposes you can assume this to be in the order of £75 per person per month.

The photos do not do the space justice - viewing is highly recommended - generally weekdays after 8pm is ok for us.
