Highly recommended, very quick turnaround time. We booked an appointment to view property before Christmas. The first set of drawings came back in 10 days. Revised drawings came back next day after I requested small changes. Application to council submitted by day 16 (with Christmas hols in between. Queries and requests from council was responded to on the same day. Stage 2 drawings received by day 26 with other comments and recommendations. Exceeded all expectations. Thank you!

Among several quotes, I chose Hasib because he said, “I can use my experience to help you optimize the design.” And he truly delivered on that promise. At our first meeting, he offered insightful suggestions about the house that impressed me deeply. His familiarity with this type of property was remarkable. He completed the work efficiently and was open to revising his plans based on my further ideas for the internal layout. A patient, professional, and trustworthy architect — I highly recommend him.

Hasib was absolutely fantastic to work with, on getting my building regs drawings done. We discussed all the requirements in detail, and he very patiently answered all my (many) questions competently and in a straightforward way - coming up with a range of solutions to meet our needs within the requirements of building regs. He produced the required diagrams in a very short timeframe, making revisions promptly. He made sure he was available to answer any questions, no matter how small, and he made what could have been a daunting process, relatively smooth! Hasib also went above and beyond to help us, producing additional drawings for the Thames Water builder agreement, and liaising with the drainage survey company to ensure information was accurate for the application. There was a lot of back and forth on this, especially given that we were so close to Christmas, but Hasib always made sure to respond with the required information in a timely manner. I would HIGHLY recommend Hasib for all structural survey / architect work.
