Paul was very quick to respond. Polite professional and clearly knowledgeable. He was able to see a lot of issues just from photos of our building works. Came out to do a site visit the next day and was able to advise regarding the structural problems and how to resolve. Was practical too advising on what actually needed doing and what we could just live with. Paul agreed to provide ongoing support to the remedial work if we need it which is reassuring. Provided us with peace of mind following our encounter with a "dodgy builder".

Structural survey for balcony glass balustrade installation. Paul responded to my request very quickly and after reviewing the photos I sent was able to instruct me exactly how to prepare the area ready for his visit. He arrived on site exactly when he said he would, and after a comprehensive review was able to provide detailed instructions for the work required to ensure it met the required building regulations. This was followed up with a detailed structural report (including photos and diagrams), clearly detailing the required work, to be used by my contractor and for review by the local councils planning department. This report was then emailed to me the day after performing the survey, which was absolutely fantastic! I will definitely use Paul again if I require a structural survey in the future, and would definitely recommend him as the first choice for anyone considering a structural survey in the future.
