Wharfedale MACH 3 speakers are vintage bookshelf speakers manufactured by Wharfedale in West Yorkshire, England, during the 1980s as part of their MACH series. They feature high-efficiency, horn-loaded compression tweeters, lightweight fibre cone woofers with ceramic magnets, and a bass reflex wooden cabinet with a modular styrofoam baffle, an open-weave steel mesh grille, and adjustable midrange control. These speakers were designed as a high-efficiency alternative to Wharfedale's previous "E" Series and were notable for their inclusion of LED power displays and resettable overload protection.
