Description

Beautiful, Modern, Child / Teen's bespoke bed frame. We recommend this is suitable for children from 3 to 13 years (but can be used longer than this depending on use for other purposes).

The frame enclosure will hold two single mattresses (one on the top level and another on the bottom if required). Mattresses are not included. All wooden slats are included (two runs included).
The cabin frame is made up of six panels and a 3-step staircase block, with a seventh panel used for closing off the front space (which gives an entrance and window, so this can be used as a 'den' if playing, or a more private sleeping area if using another mattress under here). You are able to attach this panel easily if required, or leave this off to create a more open space. The image shows the front panel removed for an open space, but you can see the separate picture of the front panel with round window and door space.

The panels are heavy and made of engineered wood, painted with Dulux Egg shell in white - which is the recommended product to use for protecting the panels (it is able to be wiped clean easily too). All original screws and fittings are provided. The frame is straightforward to assemble and instructions are available if required. It is recommended that this is a two person task.
The measurements are:
Frame length - 246cms / 97" (with the width of the staircase taking 51cms / 20" of this)
Frame depth - 94cms / 37"
Frame height - 122cms / 48" (4ft)
The storage space under the staircase is 45cms wide and the 'den' space under the top mattress is 87cms in length with a depth of 68cms and a height of 46cms.

All parts of this solid frame are in excellent condition, with no damage. There are some general wear & tear marks that can be easily painted over - and we recommend that the panels are re-painted to refresh them anyway. The back panel has subtle wallpaper (in grey brick design - seen in the images), which is easily removed or can be papered over with own design. The 3-step staircase has dark grey carpet in excellent condition - which again is easily replaceable for a different choice.

The buyer would be expected to collect and would need a suitable van to do so (at least 195cms length in back to transport longest panel length). We will support with lifting, carrying and packing the panels - and give any help or advice about any aspect of the product as required.
