Broughton Street is just short walk away with its huge selection of bars, restaurants and boutique shops including the renowned Crombie's butcher - known as one of the best in Edinburgh. With the Playhouse Theatre, East End of Princes Street and George Street all just a 10 minute walk away it makes a perfect base for a short term stay in the city!

Amenities: Gas Central Heating, Washing Machine, Dishwasher, Microwave, TV, Wifi Broadband, Zone/ Metered Parking

Included in the rent: council tax, water and all standing charges for internet, gas and electricity. Unit charges for gas and electricity are charged in addition.

Additional costs: The unit charges for gas and electricity (see above). There is also a £60 admin fee per let (inclusive of VAT) and a deposit is taken for every let up to a maximum of 1 month’s rent. Please note the deposit total is dependent on your length of stay and the deposit is refunded at the end of your stay provided there are no excess charges for damages or cleaning. Cost of utility usage may also be deducted from the deposit.
