There is also a £60 admin fee per let (inclusive of VAT) and a deposit is taken for every let up to a maximum of 1 month’s rent. Please note the deposit total is dependent on your length of stay and the deposit is refunded at the end of your stay provided there are no excess charges for damages or cleaning. Cost of utility usage may also be deducted from the deposit.
