Securitas is seeking a proactive and dedicated Duty Manager to oversee the operational management of our on-shift security personnel.

In this crucial role, you will ensure that high standards of performance are met, procedures are followed, and effective reporting is maintained. As the front-line representative of Securitas, you will embody our core values of integrity, vigilance, and helpfulness, while managing day-to-day operational issues to ensure the seamless delivery of our services.

💵 £14.50 per hour

📅 Working 42 hours per week - 4 on 4 off (Days & Nights)

⏰ Typical shift patterns are 0700-1900 & 1900-0700

🚗 Free parking on site

About the RoleYour responsibilities will include:

Promote and rigorously review health and safety on siteContact, review and coach all security personnel at least once a month to proactively monitor performance and maintain positive employee relationsProviding training, advice and support when neededMaintain effective communication through informal and formal briefings and toolkit talksAddress employee relations issues promptly following company procedures and actively encourage reward and recognitionManage special assignments, ensuring adherence to agreed security procedures by the security teamAlways maintain the highest professional standardsBe fully conversant with operational functions, including access control, CCTV detection and alarm systems, ensuring effective monitoring and reportingBe the first point of contact for all site security function-related queries and manage resolutions or the more intricate operational issuesWhat can Securitas offer youCompany pension, advice and planning.
