Description
Exciting Customer Service role available for a new, growing business. Customer Service role, based on-site, Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 4.30pm. Up to GBP16 per hour for the temporary period.
Need to drive and have access to a vehicle, due to location.
Your new company
Is a rapidly growing player in the industry, specialising in the design and distribution of high-quality equipment.
Your new role
Would be within the new Customer Service team, dealing with queries from customers via email and their ticketing system. You will also have to deal with customers via the phone, as the role progresses. You will be expected to process customer orders and update the customer database, as and when required.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need Customer Service experience within an office environment and/or similar role. You will need to be available immediately as the role is starting next week, Monday 17th November and be able to work on-site each day in Gloucester. If you have experience of Zendesk or Salesforce, this would be highly advantageous.
