Your new role

Act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat.Resolve billing, account, and service-related queries with empathy and efficiency.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using internal systems.Resolve or escalate complex issues to relevant teams when needed.Work flexibly across various shifts, including evenings and weekends.Contribute to a positive team environment and continuous improvement.

What you'll need to succeed

A passion for helping people and delivering excellent service.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work flexibly across different shift patterns.Comfortable using digital systems and learning new tools.Previous customer service experience (utilities experience is a bonus).A proactive, solution-focused approach to problem-solving.
