Key Responsibilities:

Leadership: Oversee the daily operations of the centre, ensuring an effective and engaging learning environment.

Team Management: Recruit, train, and support a team of dedicated tutors, helping them deliver high-quality lessons.

Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with parents, students, and local schools to drive growth and success.

Operational Efficiency: Manage scheduling, enrolments, and centre budgets to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Development & Training: Mentor and support your team in their professional growth, helping them achieve their career goals.
