We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established and highly respected professional services organisation.Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Audio Typist to join their friendly and collaborative Quality Assurance team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented individual with strong transcription and proofreading skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Transcribe audio dictation accurately and efficiently (minimum 80 wpm required)Produce high-quality written reports, including building surveys, using MS Word templatesProofread and edit documents to ensure accuracy in spelling, grammar, and punctuationManage multiple tasks and deadlines effectivelyProvide administrative and telephone support when requiredLiaise with internal teams and respond to queries via CRM systemsSkills & Experience

Proven audio typing experience (use of foot pedals essential)Excellent command of the English languageStrong attention to detail and accuracyAbility to prioritise and manage a busy workloadEffective listening and concentration skillsConfident written and verbal communication skillsStrong organisational skills and the ability to work both independently and collaborativelyProficiency in Microsoft WordDesirable
