Telesales Executive Job Summary
Pin Point Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of our client for a Telesales Executive based in Derby. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced sales environment where you will be responsible for driving new business, managing client relationships, and delivering tailored business supply solutions.
Telesales Executive Responsibilities:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
• Build and manage strong relationships with existing clients, driving cross-sales and upselling across the product range
• Maintain consistent client contact to ensure satisfaction, retention, and profitable growth
• Communicate professionally with clients via phone, email, and live chat
• Collaborate closely with marketing, customer service, and product teams to deliver excellent service
• Develop expert knowledge of the client’s full product and service offering
• Use persuasive negotiation skills to close sales and meet customer needs
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and sales progress using CRM systems
Telesales Executive Qualifications & Skills:
Essential:
* Minimum one year of experience in sales or customer service
* Confident and professional communication skills
* Target-driven and well-organised
* Strong negotiation and time management abilities
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office
* Resilience in a fast-paced, sales-focused environment
Desirable:
• Industry experience in business supplies or services
• Proven success in exceeding sales targets
• Experience using CRM systems
