About the Role
You ll support all aspects of foster carer recruitment, from initial enquiry to application. This includes:
Planning, organising, and attending local events and community activities to raise awareness of fostering.Providing information about the different types of fostering available and helping potential carers understand the process.Following up with potential applicants to discuss their interest and guide them through the next steps.Representing the client confidently and professionally at public events, ensuring our values and messages are communicated clearly.Supporting marketing, outreach, and promotional campaigns to attract and engage new foster carers across Cardiff.
