Product Manager GBP700 p/d Outside IR35 London Financial ServicesOverview:Our client, a global financial services company, is seeking a Product Manager with a product-focused mindset to shape and deliver key IM capabilities across the front, middle and back office of their international marketing business.This hybrid role blends strategic product ownership with hands-on delivery, giving you the chance to act as the link between Traders, Sales Managers, Operations and Technology. You will drive the discovery, definition and delivery of technology and process enhancements that support real commercial outcomes in a fast-paced global business.Role & Responsibilities: Define and own the product roadmap for risk and compliance systems supporting Marketing IMGather, prioritise, and refine requirements from risk, compliance, and trading stakeholdersTranslate business needs into clear product specifications and delivery plansPartner with engineering teams to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions for risk reporting, P&L attribution, and complianceDrive the adoption of tools such as real-time dashboards, risk monitoring, and scenario analysis platformsCollaborate with vendors and internal teams to enhance and integrate commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) risk platformsEnsure alignment of technology delivery with regulatory, compliance, and operational requirementsChampion Agile best practices and contribute to shaping product governance and delivery standardsAct as the voice of the customer, promoting user-centric design and continuous improvement Essential Skills & Experience: 5+ years' product management or business analysis experience in commodities or capital marketsStrong track record working with front-office users in fast-paced environmentsExcellent communication skills across technical and non-technical audiencesProficient in SQL, Excel and dashboarding tools with strong analytical skillsExperienced in Agile delivery and product discovery techniquesHands-on experience with ETRM or CTRM or trading platformsUnderstanding of risk concepts (market, credit, liquidity, operational) Contract Details: GBP600-GBP700 P/DHybrid working (2/3 days per week in London office)Outside IR35 Product Manager GBP700 p/d Outside IR35 London Financial Services
