Part Time Telephone Sales Job for High End Construction Company - Commission Based

Wishbone Design and Build is a dynamic and growing high end residential construction company working in London and Surrey. We work largely for Architects and private clients across London who require us to estimate for schemes ranging in size and complexity ie £150k - £1.5m

We are looking for a confident Graduate or professional interested in property or construction. This is a perfect flexible part time role for any one interested in property or construction. You will be working along side the owner of the business. The role will start at one day a week and increase based on success.

Duties -

1) Create & Maintain a list of Architects & Project managers to use as a client database

2) Research Architects and potential clients and ensure they are suitable to Wishbone

3) Call and speak to Architects to introduce Wishbone. Request Estimate opportunities and meetings

This is a remote based role and will be paid on a basic hourly rate £12 per hour. £150 will be paid for each tender (estimate request) generated. This may increase depending on project size and success in the role.

Qualities of Candidate

We are looking for a graduate or young professional interested in property or construction. We require very good communicator who is enthusiastic and confident on the phone to

- Some experience with construction or property

- Confident and enthusiastic on the phone

- Some sales experience would be useful

- Reliability

- Willingness to hit phone call targets

- Start with trial period

- Some training will be given

- Further sales prospects available for the right candidate
