Freelance Digital Media Specialist (Paid Social Focus)

Contract Type: Short–term / Part–time (Freelance)

Duration: 3–4 weeks

Schedule: 2–3 days per week (consistent days), with 1–2 office days (Mon–Thu)

Location: Hybrid – Office visits required

Equipment: Must provide own laptop

About the Role

We're looking for a freelance digital media specialist to support our paid media team with social–focused tasks. This is a short–term engagement designed to help with time–consuming but essential activities, ensuring smooth campaign execution and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Management:Assist in setting up and managing paid social campaigns across multiple clients and industries.Upload and launch new creatives, monitor performance, and ensure timely optimizations.Reporting & Analysis:Pull standardized tables and generate reports for PCA (Post Campaign Analysis) and social media performance.Conduct basic social media analysis (e.g., demographic breakdowns like gender–based impressions).Deliver post–campaign analysis and insights to improve creative effectiveness.Data Handling:Extract data from Excel and create tables for reporting.Support manual builds and other operational tasks as needed.Creative Insights:Identify trends in ad performance and recommend creative testing strategies.Collaborate with clients to optimize ad creatives for better conversion rates.Requirements

Availability for 2–3 days per week over a 3–4 week period, maintaining a consistent schedule.Ability to work onsite 1–2 times per week (Monday–Thursday).Own laptop and ability to work independently.Strong attention to detail and comfort with manual, time–intensive tasks.Experience with paid social platforms and campaign reporting preferred.We Are Aspire Ltd are a Disability Confident Commited employer
