Description

We seek a Junior Community Coordinator for our client based in central Sussex, you will already have min 2 years of hands on experience within data driven digital marketing and or community engagement.

This is NOT a hybrid role, the successful candidate will work from the Head Office Monday to Friday, it is 10 minutes walk from the mainline station and car parking is available.

This role is ideal for a creative yet strategic thinker who thrives on building engaged online communities, driving brand growth, and leveraging data to optimize performance, but also is extremely results orientated as your focus will be on growing the traffic into your communities.

You will play a key role in expanding our digital presence, developing meaningful audience relationships, and supporting business growth through innovative digital marketing initiatives. This is not a telephone–based sales role, but it does require confidence in contributing to business development through digital channels.

Core Responsibilities

Support the growth and engagement of the ipXchange community of engineers Manage day–to–day community interaction, including responding to comments, messages, and discussions Assist with planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across email and social channels Create and schedule content across LinkedIn, YouTube, and email newsletters Maintain and manage weekly content calendars aligned to campaigns and events Track and report on campaign performance, including engagement, reach, clicks, and website traffic Produce regular performance reports with clear insights and recommendations Support webinar promotion and audience growth initiatives Assist with SEO optimisation across website content and campaigns Help maintain data hygiene and segmentation across email and CRM platforms Come up with new ways to grow and engage the community Skills & Requirements

Social media marketing experience, particularly LinkedIn and YouTube Strong written communication and copywriting skills, able to write clearly for a technical audience Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and suggest improvements Organised and detail–oriented, able to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines Basic understanding of SEO principles (strongly desired) Comfortable working with data, dashboards, and reporting tools Tools & Platform Experience

HubSpot (CRM, email marketing, workflows) Mailchimp or similar email platforms Google Analytics YouTube Studio analytics LinkedIn campaign and page management tools
