Description
Title: Internal Sales Executive
Location: Manor Park, Runcorn (WA7)
Salary: 28,000– 30,000 (DOE)
Shifts: Monday– Thursday 08:30– 17:15, Fridays 08:30– 16:00
Contract Type: Temp– perm
Our client, a market leading Manufacturer within their sector, are currently seeking an Internal Sales Executive to join their team on a permanent basis.
Reporting to the Internal Sales Team Leader, you will be the first point of contact for their customers for each aspect of the sales process from outbound calls, quotations, and processing orders through to after sales and customer service.
As Internal Sales Executive your duties will be: –
Research potential customers, initiate contact through cold calls and email follow ups, and proactively follow up on all enquiries.Make outbound calls to existing and prospective customers to develop sales opportunities.Build rapport with prospects and existing customers alike, understand their needs, and develop lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.Cross–selling and upselling to promote and upsell our full range of products and services at every opportunity.Explain product features and benefits, provide information, resolve customer concerns, and keep up to date on competitor offers.Generate and send quotations and negotiate sales terms.Maintain and update customer database, track sales activities using our internal platform and follow up on outstanding quotes and opportunities.Liaise with other departments to provide a seamless customer experience and to facilitate swift responses to the customer in regard to pricing, stock availability and lead times.
The successful Internal Sales Executive will have the following skills: –
Excellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to build strong relationships.The ability to effectively present products, influence customer decisions, and close sales.A strong focus on customer satisfaction and the ability to meet client needs.IT Literate
