Description

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Franchise Sales Executive to join our team and drive the growth of our travel franchise network across the UK.

The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building relationships.

As a Franchise Sales Executive, you will support one of the strategic drivers of growth for Travel Counsellors.

Principal AccountabilitiesThis is a varied role, where no two days are the same. Your responsibilities will include:

Franchise Recruitment: Support the team with identifying potential franchisees through networking, prospecting, and outbound calling.Sales Process Management: Support the franchise sales process from initial inquiry through to franchise agreement using our CRM.Lead Generation: Support the strategies to generate new leads, including attending events and leveraging online platforms.Consultative Selling: Provide prospective franchisees with information about the business model, financial expectations, training, and support and offer a consultative approach to help them make informed decisions.Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing franchisees to ensure a smooth onboarding process and ongoing collaboration.Performance Reporting: Track and report on sales metrics, pipeline progress, and franchisee performance to senior management.
