25,000 basic salary + Uncapped commission (OTE 35–45K year 1) + Progression + Full Training

The Role:

Full life–cycle – 360 recruitment position – Business Development – Full Training Provided – No Experience RequiredClients/Businesses: Identifying business partnership opportunities, cold calling, B2B sales, lead generation, relationship development, and securing new clientsCandidates: Managing job vacancies from clients, advertising roles, conducting interviews, and overseeing candidate managementProject Management: Managing the end–to–end recruitment process
