Data Acquisition & Supplier Manager Norwich
Full–time In–house Solar & Windows Industry
GBP35,000 GBP45,000 DOE PLUS uncapped commission with an OTE of GBP60,000
Monday–Friday 8am–5pm
My client are expanding and are looking for a sharp, organised, commercially minded Data Acquisition & Supplier Manager to take charge of sourcing, testing, buying, and managing all UK consumer marketing data for their solar and window campaigns.
If you know how to negotiate, spot high–quality data, keep suppliers in line, and ensure the business never runs dry of leads, this role is for you.
What you ll be doing
Sourcing and contacting UK & international data suppliers (UK data only).
Running data trials and comparing quality, conversion, and complaint levels.
Negotiating pricing, buying in bulk, and securing the best possible deals.
Managing supplier accounts, balances, and ongoing relationships.
Tracking performance (contact rate, appointments, sales, CPS, complaints).
Ensuring every batch of data is clean, compliant, safe, and ready to work.
Making sure the call centre always has fresh, high–performing data.
What you ll need
Experience in data buying, lead generation, or supplier management.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Solid understanding of GDPR/PECR in a marketing context (or willingness to learn quickly).
Organised, reliable, and confident managing multiple suppliers at once.
Strong Excel/Sheets skills.
