Location: Manchester, UK

Salary: GBP30,000 basic + commission & bonus (OTE GBP45,000)

This is a fantastic opportunity for a training and development professional with a background in conveyancing or property sales progression to coach and mentor high–performing teams.

Role Responsibilities:

– Identify training needs and create tailored learning solutions

– Deliver engaging team and 1:1 training sessions on conveyancing, sales progression, and compliance

– Provide expert guidance on AML regulations and property processes

– Evaluate training effectiveness and implement continuous improvements
