Description

Are you a seasoned salesperson with a knack for closing deals over the phone? Have you previously excelled in selling advertising space within magazines or outdoor media? Do you want weekly pay outs again in CASH?

Join our global outdoor media events organization dedicated to curating unforgettable experiences for Blue-Chip clients. As part of our expanding team, you'll be instrumental in initiating vital connections with potential clients across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

Do You Have a Flair for Sales?

We're a global events powerhouse committed to crafting remarkable experiences. As a key member of our growing team, you'll play a pivotal role in establishing crucial first contacts with potential clients in the DACH region.

Your Responsibilities:

Research: Identify potential clients and key decision-makers, and gather essential contact information.
Client Engagement: Cultivate and nurture business relationships with major prospects over the phone.
Collaboration: Partner closely with project directors to represent our global events effectively.
Market Development: Contribute to expanding our presence in the DACH region.
CRM Management: Regularly update leads and prospects in our company CRM.
Training: Receive comprehensive training and ongoing guidance to excel in your role.

Basic Requirements:

Make a minimum of 100 calls per day.
Dedicate at least 2 ½ hours talk time daily to phone outreach.
Deliver 5-8 pitches per day; working hours may vary by project.
Maintain at least 100 active leads in our company CRM.
Provide a minimum of 2-3 qualified call-backs to the Project Director daily.

Preferred Qualifications:

Fluency in German and English.
Passion for events, advertising, sales, and marketing.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
