Account Manager (OEM) – UK & Ireland
Based within 1.5 hours of Rugeley (WS15 1UZ)
Full–Time Permanent
45,000 + 10% Bonus Company Car 20 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays
Are you a dynamic and experienced Account Manager with a background in OEM sales and business development? We are looking for a results–driven professional to join our team and play a key role in managing and expanding business across the UK and Ireland.
Your Responsibilities:
Business Development
Understand market trends to identify new business opportunitiesGrow and nurture existing strategic accountsImplement effective strategies to achieve sales targetsSales
Manage and grow key OEM accounts across the UK & IrelandProvide tailored, solution–oriented sales across products and servicesMaintain detailed account planning and customer visit schedulesTrack performance and maintain responsibility for sales and marginsConduct ongoing market and competitor analysisCustomer Relations
Build long–term, strategic customer relationshipsConduct regular customer visits and maintain CRM recordsProvide quotations and support with pricing offersCollaborate with major accounts to manage and review forecasts quarterlyMarketing & Exhibitions
Work closely with Group Marketing to increase brand awarenessRepresent the company at relevant exhibitions and trade showsInternal Collaboration & Reporting
Participate in weekly and quarterly sales meetingsCoordinate with local Purchasing and Ops teams to align customer demandWhat You'll Bring
Proven experience in external sales/business development, ideally with OEM clientsStrong IT skills, including ERP systems (Navision preferred) and MS OfficeA technical mindset and a passion for product–based solutionsAdvantageous: Experience within the tyre and wheel industryWho You Are
