Thames 360 Ltd is working in partnership with a leading technology solutions provider who is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join their fast-paced and dynamic sales team.
This role is ideal for someone with a hunter mentality-a driven and consultative sales professional who thrives on building strong relationships and truly understanding each client's goals and challenges. You will be responsible for developing existing accounts while also identifying new business opportunities, working across multiple projects and engaging with a wide range of industry sectors.
Key Responsibilities:Proactively grow and manage a portfolio of accounts
Build and nurture strong client relationships through regular engagement and exceptional serviceUnderstand each client's business needs and tailor solutions to meet their objectivesIdentify and close new revenue opportunities within existing accountsWork collaboratively with internal teams to deliver seamless service on multiple concurrent projectsConduct client visits, prepare detailed proposals, and manage end-to-end account deliveryProvide accurate quotations, agreements, and reportsWhat We're Looking For:A track record in account management or B2B sales, ideally within tech or service-based environments
Excellent communication and relationship-building skillsHigh attention to detail and commercial awarenessExperience juggling multiple priorities and client needsEnthusiastic, proactive, and customer-focused mindsetStrong IT literacy and confident using CRM systemsWhat's on Offer:Competitive salary of GBP37,000 to GBP45,000
