Description

An excellent opportunity for an Experienced Senior Service Advisor to join a well-established company based in Newburn.

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent.

Salary: Competitive.

Location: Newburn, Newcastle upon Tyne.

They have the combined experience of over 80 years in the automotive industry and their mission is to carry out MOTs, motor vehicle & LCV servicing and repairs to approved standards as well as delivering unbeatable customer service every time.

About the Role:

They are seeking someone who is confident in their work and displays a professional manner when liaising with other members of the team, suppliers and customers.

Outline of Roles and Responsibilities:

Booking in jobs
Organise ordering of parts for vehicle repairs at a competitive price
Pricing any additional work required, contacting customer for authorisation and passing back through to workshop
Quoting and invoicing customers
Dealing with aftercare enquiries
Organising job cards
Basic workshop administration
Monitor technician efficiencies
Checking customers vehicles onto site and checking out loan vehicles.
Monitoring progress through the workshop.
Liaising with the customer throughout.
Provide excellent customer service, maintain and develop relationships.
Handling money and organising banking when required
Key holder

Experience required:

This role would suit somebody who has experience of working in the Automotive Industry and has a good understanding of the repair process.
Must have previous experience working as a similar role.
Excellent customer service skills.
A full UK driving licence is required.

Day shift
Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm
Weekend, every other Saturday 8.30am to 12.30pm
