James was excellent, replied to my request quickly , arranged a time to visit & assess the roof problem . He gave a detailed assessment of the problem and the remedy & the cost . On agreeing the job & price , was very punctual and came and did the job, he then showed me all the work and made sure I was happy before giving me an invoice . I will definitely use him & his team again if I have roofing problems.

Storm Derragh (December 2024) took a tile off my roof. Although the damage was minor, I needed to get it fixed quickly in case of further problems. I was worried I would struggle to find someone for such a small job after such a big storm. But James responded to me quickly, listened to what I needed and gave me a fair quote then and there. He also told me exactly when he would come and, most impressively, stuck to that appointment precisely. He did the job very thoroughly and even took "before" and "after" pictures for my insurance company, who raised no quibbles about the price or quality of the repair . Throughout, James was friendly and professional and communicated really clearly with a gentle sense of humour. I will use him again. Highly recommended.
