The storm damaged the flashing kit on my velux window. I contacted several roofing companies to provide an estimate but none compared in friendliness, responsiveness and professionalism to Trinity which is why I ultimately contracted them to do the job. With Trinity, you get proper timely quotes by email (as opposed to a cost by text message with no detail as to what the repair work entails). They also inspect the job properly and take pictures of the damage and photos are shared after of the repair. The repair work was carried out by Aaron, James and a third lad whose name I didn't catch. They were happy to talk me through what they were doing and carried out an an overall health check of my roof pointing out that my guttering needed an end cap and a dry ridge needed put back in place. I will report back if there's any issues with my flash kit repair however for now I'm happy with the customer service and communication from both the roofers and office team.

Got to say TOP JOB from these guys ! New Guttering and Down Pipes installed and moss removed from roof as well as any new tiles needing replaced. Professional right from the start. Full report on what was needed . On the job within 14 days. Constant updates and photos of what they were doing,. progress and Finished works ! Also videos of water tests and finished works. Brilliant communications. Very impressed with the service. Decent pricing too ! Can't fault them ! All finished within 5 days. Was recommended by a friend in Glasgow and they were spot on. So Highly Recommended . Trinity Roofing !
