I don’t know what the metal is or what the shiny stones are.
The band is open in order to be adjustable on the finger.
The star measures approximately 2.5 cm/ 1 inch across.
The adjustable band has a diameter of 2cm/0.75 ich and can be opened up or pinched a few mm to fit the finger.
