CNC Recruitment are seeking a motivated, process-driven and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Assistant with an IT Background to join our dynamic team on a temporary remote contract. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting recruitment operations, enhancing efficiency, and contributing to strategic growth.

Location : Fully Remote

Job type : Temporary 1-3 months

Working hours: 5 hours per day

Salary : £ 250- £400 DOE

Job Responsibilities:

* Support recruitment processes including posting job ads and screening CVs

* Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates

* Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS)

* Assist with onboarding documentation and coordination

* Liaise with internal teams and hiring managers to ensure smooth hiring workflows

* Conduct initial outreach and communications with potential candidates

* Provide general support to the HR and talent acquisition team as needed

Candidate Requirements:

* Previous experience in recruitment, HR, or administrative support

* Strong communication and organizational skills

* Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality

* Familiarity with recruitment platforms and remote collaboration tools

* Detail-oriented, responsive, and professional

* Must have own equipment
