We are a niche halal butcher’s shop serving the local community, with a focus on traditional North African cuts and preparation methods. Our team is friendly, hardworking, and passionate about quality service.
The Role:
We are looking for an energetic, physically fit team member who is eager to learn the butchery trade and assist with daily shop duties. The role suits someone who understands halal meat preparation and is familiar with North African food culture.
Duties Include:
Assisting with preparing and cutting meat to traditional North African specifications
Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene throughout the shop
Serving customers and handling cash/card payments
Stock control and restocking displays
Ideal Candidate:
Over 18 and physically capable of manual work
Eager to work in a community-focused halal butcher’s environment
Understanding of halal butchery and Middle Eastern cuisine preferred
Arabic or other Middle Eastern language skills are a strong advantage
Friendly, reliable, and willing to work as part of a small, close-knit team
Avalible to start immediately
Drivers or motorcycle licence is a strong advantage
