Sales Advisor

Description

As the Sales Advisor at Storage Giant, you will be responsible for reporting to the Store Manager and holding a critical role in supervising the store's daily functions. Your core responsibilities will focus on elevating the company's profitability through consistent sales efforts and the provision of exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

* Letting of storage rooms and office space

* Selling of merchandise

* Following up on customer enquiries

* Processing of cash / card and BACS payments & credit control

* Ensuring the store presents itself to a high standard of cleanliness

The Schedule

37.5 hours - Rota’d shifts between the hours of:

* Monday – Friday (08:00 to 19:15)

* Saturday (09:00 to 18:00)

* Sunday (10:00 to 16:00)

The Requirements

* Minimum 2 years experience in customer facing sales, retail or hospitality

* Proficiency with Microsoft Suite

* Flexible & available to work scheduled hours including weekends

* Reside within 30 minute travel radius of the store

* Possession of a full driving license and access to your own vehicle is preferred

* A hands-on and CAN-DO attitude
