Contract Strategic Buyer

The Redline Group are supporting a key customer of ours in their search for a Contract Strategic Buyer to work initially on-site in Hertfordshire, moving to hybrid working after the first month.

This role has an indicative OUTSIDE IR35 determination therefore we can accept candidates who would like to operate through their own PSC.

Originally a startup business, in their 60 year history they have grown and established themselves as the go-to name in their industry, with a strong collaborative working environment and encourage cross-functional development from top to bottom.

Coming in on an initial 3-month Contract, you will be heavily involved in the completion of 3 NPI projects, ensuring the supply chain meets its' needs, as well as assisting in the identification of new suppliers and reviewing the performance of existing and recently acquired suppliers.

Key Skills Required - Contract Strategic Buyer, Hertfordshire:

- Proven experience in a strategic supply chain role

- Experience in an engineering/electronics procurement environment

- Experience with MRP systems and engineering change requests
