Assistant Manager Gateshead. We are looking for a experienced Assistant Manager to support managing a store in the Metro Centre. This brand is a global lifestyle brand who attract good footfall and a regular customer. Basic: GBP29,000 + GBP3,000k BP OTE GBP31k

Ideal Candidate :
Will have experience in managing / supervising a team within a fashion / accessories background.Good Retail experience working in face to face retailUnderstanding of KPI's : Sales & operationalLove Visual merchandising and keeping a store to high standardsPassionate about delivering excellent customer service and really enjoy being on the shop floorExcellent management skills where you can lead & develop your teamCompetitive salary and company benefits: Please note the basic salary is guide and does depend on the experience of the candidate.
