We are currently looking for an assistant Manager with a passion for delivering outstanding service to join our professional and friendly front of house team at The Oyster Smack Inn in Burnham- on -Crouch Essex, you will be require to work 5 days a week with two days off together.
Your role will be to ensure our customers experience a true Oyster Smack Inn excellent service. You will be able to deal with emergency situations with confidence, a sense of calm and be a true trouble shooter for any problems that may come your way.
You will be an ambassador of the restaurant and hotel therefore have a real passion for dazzling our guests and exceeding their expectations.

The role:
A Assistant Manager is required for this 80 cover restaurant in Burnham on Crouch.
The hotel is privately owned and has a popular restaurant. The assistant Manager will report to the Senior Manager and assist with the running of the restaurant and hotel.

Your main responsibilities as Duty Manager will include:
- Ensure all departments are running smoothly, particularly food, beverage and Reception;
- Be hands on and get involved in all areas;
- Be customer focused and deliver excellent customer service; and
- Deal with customer queries and complaints.

What you need to get the Assistant Manager job:

- At least 1 years previous restaurant experience.
- A dedicated and passionate team player;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- A passion for hospitality

The Reward:

- Salary of £18,000 - £22,000 + share of tips (Dependent on Experience)
- Meals on duty
- Live in accommodation available
