Dan is a nice guy however disappointed as he was unable to get rid of the mouse and instead, trapped the mouse in our flat by blocking all the holes before catching it. We paid £200 as Dan guaranteed he would get rid of it but after 2 visits he didn’t respond to our calls or text so now we have to find a new company and pay again. Be cautious when paying anyone before the job is complete.
