We had a fantastic experience with our delivery driver, who collected our furniture from IKEA Birmingham and brought everything safely back to our home. He handled everything with great care and even helped us bring all the items into the house. Such a lovely, friendly, and trustworthy person — it really made the whole process stress-free.
