About the Role

We're seeking driven individuals with a passion for education and sales to join our London office as Trainee Education Recruitment Consultants.

This is a demanding yet highly rewarding role, offering exceptional training, development, and earning potential.

As a Recruitment Consultant at Tradewind Recruitment, you'll work in a dynamic, high-performance environment, matching exceptional teachers and support staff with schools across the UK.

Your Responsibilities

During your first 6-9 months:

Source and interview candidates for temporary and permanent rolesCraft professional CV profiles for client marketingCollaborate with sales teams to increase candidate placementsMeet weekly targets and KPIs set by your managerAs you progress into sales:

Develop new business and manage client relationshipsNegotiate margins and contractsMaintain safeguarding and compliance standardsHandle challenging conversations professionallyDeliver exceptional customer service and manage your time effectivelyEarn uncapped commission at every stage of your career development.

You should have:

A degree (and ideally part-time work experience during university) or relevant experience if not a graduateExperience in sales, recruitment, education, hospitality, or another fast-paced, target-driven roleA consistent career history that demonstrates progression and commitmentExcellent written and verbal communication skillsResilience, motivation, and a strong work ethicThe right to work in the UK (we do not offer sponsorship)Our Hiring Process
