25k - 28,000 basic (DOE) + uncapped commission

The role

You'll join a high-performing, supportive team that recruits across multiple sectors such as automotive, manufacturing, and engineering & commercial sectors - filling roles like technicians, engineers, Sales professionals and commercial level roles.

As a junior Recruitment Consultant, you'll learn the ropes from experienced recruiters who'll show you everything from sourcing great candidates to managing clients and closing deals. It's fast-paced, rewarding, and full of opportunities to develop your career.

What you'll be doing

Finding and speaking to skilled candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and networking.

Writing eye-catching job adverts

Building relationships with clients and understanding their hiring needs.

Working alongside senior consultants to learn how to manage the full 360 recruitment process.

Celebrating your wins - from your first placement to your first big commission!

What we're looking for

Some experience in sales, customer service, or recruitment would be great - but not essential.

A confident communicator who enjoys chatting with people and building connections.

Someone ambitious, proactive, and eager to learn.

A positive attitude, resilience, and a good sense of humour - because recruitment is a rollercoaster
