Hr Systems/Payroll Implementation Specialist
Location: 70 Redcliff, BS1 6AL
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Duration: 4+ Months
Working Hours: Mon Fri, 09 00, 37 Hours per week
Pay Rate: GBP 450.00 per day

Responsibilities Implement and manage HR systems and payroll software, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems. Conduct data migration and parallel runs to ensure a successful payroll transfer. Collaborate with various departments to gather requirements and provide technical support during system implementation. Develop and maintain documentation for system processes and user guides. Train HR staff and end–users on new systems and processes to ensure smooth adoption. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise post–implementation. Person Specification Proven experience in implementing payroll systems, specifically Itrent. Strong understanding of HR processes and requirements for payroll systems. Excellent problem–solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines. Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
