Description

An opportunity has arisen for a Full Time Receptionist to join a successful construction company based at their head offices in Bromley.

Basic computer skills will be essential; further training will be provided as required.

The tasks associated with this role will generally involve;
Answering and forwarding phone calls
Opening of post
Receiving of visitors
Preparation of outgoing post
Arranging couriers
Filling out Pre Qualification Questionnaire

Experience:
A construction industry background and experience with pre qualification questionnaires (PQQ)
Must be well-organised, friendly, and polite and be customer focused
