Our front of house receptionists deliver an unsurpassed five star hotel-style visitor experience to a large number of prestigious office buildings in the West End, City and Canary Wharf, so whatever you are looking for, it’s likely we can find you the perfect role.

Our professional front of house receptionists are trained to deliver an outstanding level of customer service that surpasses any other you would receive within a five star hospitality environment so this can be the ideal step up from a five star hotel or luxury retail role. Our receptionists’ objective and focus is service; to be responsive, efficient and professional delivering the highest level of customer service standards day-to-day, week-to-week. On all of our sites our clients and their tenants truly know the meaning of service and our staff ensure that they are always going above and beyond to maintain impeccable standards, pre-empting any onsite issues before they happen and acting as the eyes and ears of our clients, managing all aspects of the front of house service.

We look after two different kinds of permanent full time roles:

Static Corporate Receptionists - Our static receptionists remain based at one site on a permanent basis and therefore have the opportunity to build strong working relationships with tenants and rapport with clients. This role allows our staff to really take ownership of their own front of house reception area and provides a lovely consistency from day-to-day. Clients looking for Static Receptionists to join their teams are often looking for an element of corporate reception experience on a CV however many clients are open to bringing in candidates who have transferable skills in customer service and hospitality. This is a perfect role for you to really settle into, building on your current experience and honing your existing skills!

Elite Corporate Receptionists - Our Elite reception team really form the backbone of our business and allow us to provide a seamless service to our clients, helping us with permanent cover across our entire portfolio. These staff act as mobile receptionists on permanent full time contracts and annual salaries, moving around London from site to site on a daily-weekly basis dependent on where they are needed. This exciting role is perfect for candidates who like variation and a changing working environment; it provides versatility and career progression as our Elites build up extremely strong corporate experience very quickly across OC’s portfolio of sites, therefore becoming very valuable to our business indeed. This is a perfect position for candidates with no corporate experience who are looking to throw themselves reception work and gain a lot of varied experience in a short space of time! Travel allowance is provided and access to tube line (preferably zones 1-3) is key.

Competencies Required:

Previous customer service focused experience
Previous front of house experience in a five star working environment i.e. high end luxury retail, cabin crew, five star hospitality and concierge work
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Understanding the role of teamwork in providing a quality service
Motivated, upbeat and enthusiastic personality
The ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people
Reliability and efficiency
Ability to use own initiative and work well under pressure
